Three ways to deliver ChatFlow as your own platform.
Want to run ChatFlow as a multi-tenant platform for subsidiaries and end customers? Sell agent solutions under your brand on our hosted platform? Or install ChatFlow at each end-customer's premises on their own infrastructure — for regulated industries, sovereign cloud, or air-gapped deployments? This page lays out all three programs with concrete pricing, scope, and contract framework.
One pricing anchor, three programs.
The programs clearly separate ChatFlow platform work from external LLM cost. For Solution Partners without an individual volume agreement, € 0.035 per turn is the platform floor, complemented by tenant and revenue floors. The lower reference value of € 0.025 per turn is a volume and commitment price: it only fits when commitment, operations, or model access are contractually owned by the partner or end-customer.
Three topologies — one decision matrix.
The programs differ not by audience persona but by deployment topology: who hosts ChatFlow, where the tenants run, who carries operations. The question is objective and contractually verifiable.
Enterprise Platform License
- Topology
- One install, many tenants
- Who hosts ChatFlow
- Licensee
- Tenant model
- Multi-tenant (internal, subsidiaries, end-customers)
Solution Partner
- Topology
- Our shared multi-tenant platform
- Who hosts ChatFlow
- ChatFlow
- Tenant model
- Multi-tenant, white-labelled per partner
Deployment Partner
- Topology
- One install per end-customer
- Who hosts ChatFlow
- End-customer (own infrastructure)
- Tenant model
- Multiple internal tenants allowed; no use for unrelated end-customers
A partner can hold contracts in more than one program simultaneously. A Certified Deployment Partner running eight sovereign on-prem installs can also operate a small Solution-Partner setup for SMB customers. One master agreement, program-specific addenda.
Turn, instance, tenant, end-customer — kept distinct.
One install. Many tenants. Your platform.
For substantial organisations — corporations, insurers, telco operators, holdings, public-sector consortia, sovereign cloud providers — running ChatFlow as their own multi-tenant platform. You host yourself (own cloud or sovereign EU provider), own model hosting, and own end-customer sales. We provide software, IP, updates, 2nd-level support, and roadmap influence.
Active reference: A national telco operator licenses ChatFlow, hosts open-source models with a sovereign EU cloud provider, and offers chat and telephony as a service to public-sector customers — first end customer: a state capital with chat and telephony.
Alternative on request: 15–20 % revenue share on end-customer MRR with the annual license as minimum guarantee — applicable when you resell ChatFlow. For purely internal use, the per-tenant model remains.
What the license includes
- Full platform feature set (multi-agent graphs, RAG, webhooks, MCP servers, voice, telephony)
- 25 end-customer tenants in the base package
- All updates and new features during the term
- Roadmap influence: your requirements feed into product planning
- 2nd-level support for your engineering and operations teams
- Branding customisation of the admin UI and the widget
What you operate
- Hosting of the platform and LLM models (own cloud or sovereign EU provider)
- Sales and onboarding of your end customers
- 1st-level support for your end customers
- Procurement and management of API keys for external LLM providers, if used
Fair revenue share on our platform.
For agencies, vertical SaaS providers, and systems integrators selling agent solutions as their own product — on our hosted multi-tenant platform, fully white-labelled. You bring sales, vertical know-how, your own or customer-side model access, and 1st-level support; we run the ChatFlow platform, orchestration, retrieval infrastructure, and 2nd-level support. Low entry barrier, clearly stated floors, tiered revenue share whose marginal rate decreases as you grow.
How the floors compose
Each billing period we charge the maximum of three values: (1) revenue share applied to your disclosed end-customer ARR, (2) € 299 × number of active tenants, (3) € 0.035 × total turns. All three values refer to ChatFlow platform work and exclude external LLM provider cost. In the first contract year, also at least € 3,500/month. The construction is transparent, enforceable, and removes the loophole where a partner could spin up free demo tenants to upsell consulting.
Revenue base
Revenue share applies only to recurring ChatFlow-related license and platform revenue. Implementation, consulting, training, bespoke integration, managed-service contracts, and external LLM provider cost stay fully with the partner as long as they are itemized separately.

Full ChatFlow stack on your end-customer's IT.
For systems integrators, vertical specialists, and consulting firms who install ChatFlow at each end-customer's premises — in the customer's data centre, their cloud, or fully air-gapped. Each install is single-tenant, runs in the end-customer's environment, and is operationally owned by the partner. The program for regulated industries, sovereignty, and on-premise requirements.
What the partner delivers (and keeps 100 % of)
- Sales, scoping, and contract with the end-customer
- Implementation, customisation, and integration on-site
- Hosting and operations of the install at the customer's premises
- 1st-level support for the end-customer
- LLM access procurement (own API keys, self-hosted models, or customer's account)
- Implementation revenue, customisation revenue, training, support contracts — fully retained by the partner
What ChatFlow provides
- Software license per instance, tiered by capability class
- Updates throughout the contract term
- 2nd-level support to the partner (not directly to end-customers)
- License-server infrastructure (phone-home or offline license file)
- Architecture reviews and escalation cover at the Certified tier
Per-instance annual license
Three sizes that mirror the direct-customer plans' capability ladder — clean 1 : 3 : 6 ratio.
Volume bundles
Bundles require: matching contract term (1 year for 5/10-pack, 2 years for 25-pack), Certified tier or above, and prepayment or quarterly invoicing.
Partner tiers
License enforcement
Every Deployment instance operates under a license entitlement keyed to one legal end-customer and its primary domain. That end-customer may run multiple internal tenants, departments, or brands inside the instance. Sharing one license across multiple unrelated external end-customers is contractually forbidden and technically detectable.
Mode A — Phone-home (default)
Instance contacts the license server on a configurable interval (default 24h, max 7 days), validates entitlement, fetches updates list, reports usage telemetry. If validation fails for the configured grace period (default 14 days), the instance enters read-only mode.
Mode B — Offline license file (sovereignty / air-gap)
Signed JWT-style license file with entitlement, expiry, and tenant identity. 90-day validity by default, renewable via secure file exchange. Partner submits quarterly usage report within 30 days of quarter end. Audit right with 30-day notice.
Model hosting and LLM costs
ChatFlow does not pass through LLM costs in any Deployment Partner contract. The partner (or, more typically, the end-customer) sources LLM access directly — own OpenAI / Anthropic / Azure account, self-hosted open-source models (vLLM, Ollama), or a licensed commercial inference vendor. This is what makes on-prem and sovereign deployments work. The Model Registry routes flexibly across whatever endpoints the partner configures.
Worked scenarios
How all three programs fit together.
Normalized comparison with 12 end-customer tenants, 100,000 billable turns per month, and € 1,200 end-customer price per tenant per month. These numbers do not make the models equivalent: Direct carries sales, setup, support, and token billing; Solution and Deployment are partner-led and BYOK; Enterprise is a governance and commitment contract.
Who provides model access.
Across partner programs, partner or end-customer provides model access directly: own API keys, own provider contracts, or self-hosted models. This keeps data protection, model choice, and LLM cost fully with the partner or end-customer; ChatFlow does not bill external LLM cost.
Framework conditions.
Contract framework
- Master agreement per partner organisation (IP licensing, brand usage, data protection, audit rights, termination).
- Program addendum per program enrolled (commercials and SLAs).
- Order forms per tenant rollout, bundle, or material change.
- Annual term with automatic renewal; 3-month notice to end of term.
Data protection
- DPA per Art. 28 GDPR alongside the master agreement.
- Solution Partner: data flows through ChatFlow infrastructure → standard DPA.
- Enterprise Platform: data stays in licensee's environment → DPA mostly formal.
- Deployment Partner: data stays at the end-customer → ChatFlow has no data access; partner signs back-to-back DPA with end-customer.
Brand and white-labelling
- Solution Partner: full white-label of admin UI, widget, API responses.
- Enterprise Platform: branding of admin UI and widget; licensee chooses whether end-customers see "Powered by ChatFlow".
- Deployment Partner Authorized: "Powered by ChatFlow" mandatory.
- Deployment Partner Certified: full white-label.
VAT (EU)
- EU B2B with valid VAT ID: 0 % reverse charge under Art. 196 VAT Directive.
- Domestic (Austria): 20 % VAT under § 11 UStG.
- Third country: no VAT; check withholding-tax treaties as applicable.
